Our Processes

With our fabrication workshop and offices in 3,000 square metre premises, we have the capacity to handle any job, no matter how large or complex.

Installing large scale CNC workshop equipment has further increased our production capacity, including the quality and accuracy of the steelwork we produce.

Automated equipment include:

• Ocean Avenger plus CNC beam drilling machine - This gives us industry-leading flexibility in the holes, slots and service penetrations that we can accurately and repeatably cut in any steel beams.

• MEBA 1100 DG metal cutting CNC bandsaw with roller feed and backstop system - helps accurately cut almost any beam available in the New Zealand market up to 1100mm high with mitres up to 60 degrees.
