Our Project Managers liaise closely with all the other stakeholder on a project to ensure that every stage of the job goes according to plan, on time and on budget.
We specialise in early involvement in project that we work on. The experience of our project managers and other senior team members often means we can suggest changes to the design, fabrication and installation details of steel work, before projects start, that lead to significant time and cost savings.
We use Microsoft Projects to manage each individual job, and each of these is fed into our overall operations programme, which means we can identify potential clashes between stages of different jobs and find solutions well in advance.
